Cork and Flame's Unique Dining Experiences are Running with Wine Tasting Every Thursday and Saturday or Cooking Classes on the Weekend.

Cork and Flame is the culmination of Roger Strohl's Vineyard Wine Market and Justin Hayes' Argentinian-inspired tapas. Evans' residents are invited to learn and enjoy a selection of curated wines alongside complementary tapas. On Saturdays, locals can create a delicious light lunch before cooking a full main using the Argentinian-style open fire oven on Sundays under the guidance of expert chef Justin Hayes.

Cork and Flame offer:

• Chef's experience of a tailor-made menu alongside complimentary wines from the Vineyard Wine Market
• A weekly wine tasting event featuring a curated selection of reds and whites sourced from all over the world.
• A two-day cooking class led by experienced head chef Justin Hayes runs every weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
• Private bookings are available while the promising and new Sunday brunch menu is now serving between 11 am and 2 pm.
