Commercial Building Suffers a Water Loss
The Before Photo actually depicts a work in progress. The glued down carpet tiles were drenched when a water line ruptured in the restroom. SERVPRO, We're Faster To Any Size Disaster, tried to salvage the flooring material with a rapid water extraction using Rovers, weighted, riding vacs--like lawn mowers. But the glue failed, and our efforts at least salvaged the walls. We removed the baseboards, drilled some weep holes to drain water from the cavities and to inject warm air for evaporation. No demolition of the sheetrock was required which would allow the office to function again in a few days, rather than a week or so. The air movers and helped to dry the concrete pad, now void of the carpet tiles. The filing cabinets and furnishings are back in place as we are about to pack up the drying equipment. We mitigate water damages, our business is to keep you in business.
